Order handling time

It can take up to 0 -- 3 days to prepare products before your package can be shipped. If your order has not yet been shipped, it means your packages are being prepared. However, if there are any unusual circumstances, we will notify you via email.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no reimbursement will be made.
