1. Information we collect

  • Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and the items you buy.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Checkout information: if you start checkout but don’t finish, the details you typed (such as email and name) may be saved so we can send you a reminder about your cart.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email or through our contact form.
  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

  • To process, ship and track your order, and to send order and shipping emails.
  • To answer your questions and handle replacements or refunds.
  • To prevent fraud and keep our site secure.
  • To understand how our site is used and improve it.
  • To show you relevant ads and measure how our ads perform (see section 4). You can opt out at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the store:

  • Fulfillment partners (such as Printify and BurgerPrints) and shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), to pack and deliver your order.
  • Stripe, to process payments.
  • Email delivery and website hosting providers, to send emails and run our website.
  • Analytics and advertising partners listed in section 4.
  • Authorities, when required by law.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand site traffic.
  • Google Ads and Google Merchant Center, to show our products and measure ad performance.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of personalized ads at Google Ad Settings, through your Facebook ad preferences, or at optout.aboutads.info.

5. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA/CPRA and other US states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
  • correct or delete your personal information;
  • opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising;
  • not be treated differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email support@gooberch.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of sharing for targeted advertising.

6. Data retention and security

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes, and other data only as long as it is useful for the purposes above. Our site uses HTTPS encryption, and access to customer data is limited to our team and the service providers listed above.

7. Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
