To initiate a return, contact us with proof of purchase. Please note, returned items must be in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted by the customer, and no reimbursement will be made.
